Gorgeous Reduit Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. The house is in a gated community and has night security guards even though the entire Rodney Bay area is very safe and you can walk everywhere safely. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. You have a full grocery store, liquor store, casino, shopping mall, bars, restaurants, excursion tour company, etc. All of this action is available for you or you can choose to sit on the gorgeous patio in the peace and quiet and watch the boats in the bay. It is truly the best of both worlds. If you are a "drink coffee on the patio while reading a book" person or a "drink beer while partying with the locals" person, you can't beat this location. The house has everything you need to make your stay super comfortable from a washer / dryer to a fully furnished kitchen including an oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. you have it all. We love our Little Pink House and can't wait to retire in it full time. Until then we want to share it with you. As John Cougar used to say this is our "Little Pink House for you and me".

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.
