Excellent séjour, la maison est très bien placée, près du bourg.

La maison est fonctionnelle, toutefois il manque une cafetière et une bouilloire. La literie est impeccable. La piscine est un plus, très appréciée. L'accueil est agréable. Une très bonne adresse que je conseille.

La maison est neuve, très bien située. Un bémol, les règles d'utilisation de la piscine et du jaccuzi ne sont pas suffisamment expliquées dans le descriptif et sont beaucoup trop contraignantes et restrictives par rapport au tarif appliqué. En effet, le tarif est bien plus élevé que d'autres et devrait permettre une utilisation libre des équipements.

Maison très bien située, conforme au descriptif. Séjour très agréable. Seul bémol pour nous mais annoncé dans le descriptif les lits en 140. Suggestion : les grandes chambres de l'étage pourraient largement accueillir de plus grands lits voir 2 lits de 90 qui seraient plus modulables.

Location à 15mn à pied du port et à 3 mn du bourg et donc des commerces. Très bien équipée, elle est très agréable pour une famille de 5 personnes. Le propriétaire nous a très bien reçu et nous a proposé pour le départ de nous ramener au bateau avec les bagages. L’ile encore bien préservée et avec des paysages sauvages offre de magnifiques balades à pied; à ne pas manquer. Un très bon séjour.

Idéalement située

Accueil : propriétaires d'une extrême gentillesse, très soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Lieu : maison idéalement située quand on a ni voiture ni vélo : à 3mn à pied du supermarché, à 5mn de l'ensemble des commerces et des restaurants du bourg, à 5mn du sentier côtier. Location : maison neuve où rien ne manque, calme total malgré la proximité du bourg. Le plus : 1 chambre, 1 sdb, 1 wc séparé au Rdc et 2 chambres, 1 sdb, 1 wc à l'étage (=> indépendance totale). Groix : 3 boucles de ~ 12 km, nous ont permis au départ de la maison, d'effectuer le tour complet de l'ile et une bonne partie de l'intérieur. A noter les sentiers extrêmement bien entretenus. Cette 1ère semaine de juin entre amis fut un véritable bonheur, nous reviendrons c'est sûr et ce sera certainement dans la même maison, mais peut être en septembre pour changer... Michel Gabrot
