Wohnung okay. Ausstattung Küche unzureichend. Besteck und Geschirr absolutes Minimum und für eine vernünftige Nutzung des Geschirrspülers zu wenig teilweise fehlen Löffel etc. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung neu und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, so dass eine negative Bewertung ausgesetzt wird.
