Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, modern und mit viel liebe zum Detail. Außerdem hat sich der Vermieter viele Gedanken gemacht, was man alles gebrauchen könnte. Schon alleine das vorhandene Putzzeug um mal eben nach ein paar Tagen wieder Grund rein zu bekommen. Die Matratzenschoner, Verdunklungsplissees in den Schlafzimmern, Spiele, DVD's, CD's und Puzzle für die Kinder. Der zusätzliche Eisschrank ist im Sommer top. Die vielen Bücher dienen super als Urlaubsbücherei. Das Schwimmbad wurde jeden Tag von uns genutzt und war ein richtiges Highlight. Auch dort alles sauber und durch Hinweisschilder klar verständlich welche Hausregeln herrschen. Kleines Manko ist das riesige Fenster im Wohnzimmer. Wenn die Sonne da war, war es auch direkt sehr warm in dem Raum. Könnte man vielleicht noch mit Verdunklungsdekoschals oder Lamellen in der Schräge nachrüsten. Wir haben uns aber rundum wohl gefühlt.

Eine Woche in Grömitz

Der Urlaub in Grömitz im Januar war wieder einmal ein Volltreffer. Wir sind zum 2. Mal in diesem Ferienhaus mit Poolbenutzung und werden es mit Sicherheit auch noch mindestens ein 3. Mal buchen.

Familienurlaub

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht und noch einiges mehr. Wir haben einen Familienurlaub mit zwei kleinen Kinder in dem Haus verbracht. Es war genügend Platz zum spielen da, ob drinnen oder draußen. Sogar Spiele und Bücher für alle sind vorhanden. Das Schwimmbad war uns etwas zu kalt zum planschen aber zum schwimmen wäre es genau richtig. Die Betten waren die bequemsten die wir je in einem Urlaub hatten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie der Agentur waren immer freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Perfekt nutzbar mit Kleinkindern, da Terrasse und Gartennutzung möglich. Der Vermieter ist sehr engagiert und stets erreichbar gewesen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Kurz Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen genau das richtige. Die Lage am Golfplatz ist auch für nicht Golfer gut da sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand brauch man zu Fuß gut 20 min.

Sehr, sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, unkomplizierter und bemühter Vermieter. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Einkaufen.

Das große Fenster im Wohnzimmer, hat es mir sehr angetan. Man konnte bei klarem Himmel den Sternenhimmel sehen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Man ist der Natur sehr nah, und hat Ruhe zum Ausspannen.

Gute Erholung

1 Woche gute Erholung in dem schönen, ruhig und in der Natur gelegenen, sehr hochwertig eingerichteten Ferienhaus liegt hinter uns. Zum Strand sind es 20 Minuten Fußweg, zu Rewe und Aldi ca. 10 Minuten, zum Schwimmen 2 Minuten. Die erwähnte Sauna lädt leider nicht zum Erholen ein: Der Ruheraum ist bitterkalt und äußerst lieblos (Plastikgartensitzbank, defekte Plastikliege) eingerichtet. Das fanden wir sehr schade.
