The sunny 2-room apartment (approx. 45 sqm, ideal for 2 adults) is located in the well-kept apartment complex Haus Atlantic, right in the center of the village and yet in a very quiet location directly at the spa gardens. Shops for daily needs are only 30 meters away. Restaurants and various shops are in the adjacent pedestrian zone. In just 8 minutes you can reach the beach and the beautiful spa promenade.
The apartment with balcony is on the 3rd Floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The entire living area and the bedroom is allergy-friendly with a design covering in wood look and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The living room with cable TV, CD radio and dining area with integrated kitchen is furnished with great attention to detail. A comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out offers another 2 sleeping options for our guests. The fitted kitchen has a 4 - plate ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and mixer.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe. On request, we can provide you with an existing new baby travel bed (Hauck).
The apartment has a bright shower room, a hairdryer is available. On the furnished tiled balcony you can enjoy the sun from midday until late in the evening.
A separate car parking space is in front of the house. The bicycle cellar can also be used for bicycles brought along. A washing machine and dryer for general use are available for your laundry. (Coins)
Our service for you: 1 linen package consisting of bed linen and 2 shower towels, 2 towels and 2 guest towels per person / stay for 15 €, (also bookable individually)

Absolute Empfehlung, Familie Thies ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung wirklich ein Traum und sehr sauber. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit Baby und dafür wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und man hat alles direkt vor Ort - einen Rossmann, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und natürlich das Meer und die tolle Promenade sowie den Kurpark. Es war perfekt für uns. Gern wieder.

Schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Also: Zusammenfassen - - schwierig... warte... Super Lage - quasi beim Zentrum, Super Haus - ziemlich neu, mit Aufzug !!! Sogar ein Kellerraum und Zugang von Außen und innen fürs Abstellen irgendwelcher Sachen (Koffer, Fahrräder). Sauber und schön hergerichtete Wohnung die sehr funktionell und geschmacklich eingerichtet ist. Was man/frau so braucht ist vorhanden. Alles - und mehr. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist für uns neu gewesen und es war schön die Gegend zu erkunden. Ich habe niemals den Gedanken gehabt: "Ich will hier weg". Wenn wir nochmal in diese Gegend fahren, werden wir versuchen, wieder dort zu wohnen. Ganz klare Empfehlung --- ***** = 5 Sterne :-)

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in der FeWo StrandGut

Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch auf den Balkon haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Vermieterehe- paar war sehr freundlich und hat uns ihrer Räder zur Verfügung gestellt. Zur Fussgängerpassage mit einigen Geschäften und Gaststätten sind es nur wenige Meter, zum wunderschönen Grömitzer Sandstrand, inclusive Promenade nur ca 5 min. Fußweg. Unser nächster Besuch in Grömitz ist zwar noch nicht geplant, aber die FeWo der Fam. Thies wird dann auf jeden Fall wieder unser Urlaubsdomenziel werden.

Die Familie Thies versteht es die FeWo perfekt für einen Aufenthalt vorzubereiten. Die Kommunikation klappt reibungslos. Der Name "Strandgut" ist Programm der Einrichtung der Wohnung. Sie ist sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist ein Sonnenfang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit kurzen Wegen sind garantiert, und in die Fußgängerzone einschl. Promenade sind es nur wenige Minuten. Nur zu empfehlen...... Herzliche Grüße Thomas

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Grömitz

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in Grömitz. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Unsere kleine Tochter hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Babybett war frisch bezogen, es gab einen Kinderhochstuhl, eine leckere Weinschorle für die Erwachsenen....Ein rundum schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Frau Thies ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir würden diese schöne Wohnung auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage auch mit Kind

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, dennoch hat alles prima geklappt und wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ansonsten sind Penny und Rossmann direkt vor der Tür... Leider haben wir die Vermieter nicht persönlich getroffen, aber sie waren jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Super Ferienwohnung, wir kommen wieder!

Eine FeWo wie ein Zuhause

Moin zusammen. Grömitz an sich ist eine Reise wert, klar. Noch schöner wird der Aufenthalt jedoch, wenn man sich freut, nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag "nach Hause" zu kommen. Denn genau so fühlt sich die Wohnung "StrandGut" der Familie Thies an: nach Zuhause! Zur Wohnung: Modern maritim und dennoch gemütlich, gleichzeitig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es findet sich wirklich ALLES was man benötigt, in der FeWo. Von der Wohnung im dritten Stock eines ruhigen(!) Mehrfamilienhauses bis zum Strand sind es nur etwa 8 Minuten, Bäcker, diverse Geschäfte liegen noch viel näher. Genügend Platz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Selbst der Balkon ist ansprechend und saisonal dekoriert. Bett und Couch sind sehr bequem, und ... Ach, wissen Sie was? Probieren Sie's selbst :)! Die Vermieter ... werden sich freuen. Über Gäste wie Sie, die Geschmack haben, gerne im Zentrum (keine laute Straße!, sondern einfach nur zentral) wohnen. Wirklich, Familie Thies ist mega herzlich, gibt falls nötig Tipps zur Umgebung und hält für die Neuankömmlinge sogar noch eine schöne Überraschung bereit. Fazit Ein klares Daumen-hoch und verdiente 5 Sterne! Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, aber Gutes wird durch permanentes Wiederholen nicht noch besser.
