Bright and friendly apartment in the center of Grömit

Our cozy, bright apartment for 2-4 persons is about 45 square meters large The apartment is located directly in a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. The beach and the sea water swimming pool and spa management requires just 8 minutes. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance (about 3 min.) Distance.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with fitted wardrobe (sheets
can be rented) and in the living room there is, inter alia, an additional sofa bed (2,00x1,40m) for 2 persons. At the cozy dining area can not only be fed but also chatted and played. A high chair is available if needed.
A FlachTV with DVBT receiver is available as well as a small stereo compact system with CD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pots, pans and dishes and cutlery. The separate bathroom with round shower (new as of autumn 2014) departs from the entrance hall.
A covered balcony with beach chairs and seating invites weather permitting to Sitzenim outdoors.

Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist einfach Ideal! Wir haben zwei Wochen lang kein Auto gebraucht. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten die in der Wohnung noch behoben werden könnten (lockere Duschhalterung, lockere Fussleiste) aber keine gravierenden Mängel. Insgesamt würden wir jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum.Leider etwas schlecht zu finden. Hinten vom Parkplatz anzufahren.Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend.Klein aber gemütlich.In der kleinen Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für ein Frühstück oder kleine Gerichte braucht.Einige Gegenstände sowie die Kaffeemaschine könnten allerdings mal erneuert werden. Sonst ganz okay, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt.

Die Whg. hat eine tolle Lage, in der Innenstadt von Grömitz. Leider ist die Whg. in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Mobiliar u. Ausstattung sind sehr alt und nicht zeitgemäß. Die Whg. ist runtergewohnt und nicht so sauber. Schade.

Super Fewo in perfekter Lage

Die FeWo hat uns super gefallen, wir kommen gerne nochmal. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung der fewo sehr gut. Die Betten waren bequem. In der Beschreibung der Fewo könnte man noch erwähnen, dass es im Keller einen hochstuhl gibt. Dieser war für uns sehr hilfreich. Die Lage der fewo ist sehr zentral, man kann überall fußläufig hin, auch mit Kindern.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Grömitz. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten. Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt neben dem Parkplatz. Zoo ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Balkon. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem so wie beschrieben, recht zentral, wenige Gehminuten zur Seebrücke und Promenade.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, soweit sauber und ordentlich, wir konnten alles innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten im Umkreis erreichen (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Promenade, Jachthafen, Seebrücke und Restaurants). Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, einzig was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass man die Garage nicht direkt erreichen kann und erst raus muss um in die Tiefgarage zu gelangen - ist aber jammern auf hohen Niveau- Empfehlung von uns!

Tolle Lage

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen. Der Balkon kann gut genutzt werden, eine Halterung für einen Sonnenschirm wäre super. Die Küche ist sehr schmal, ohne Fenster und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den Check-in-Vorgang, kontaktlos, nur mit Handy fand ich etwas schwierig. Die Wohnung ist nicht mit Whg.6 beschriftet, so dass wir erst einmal im gesamten Haus suchten. Leider lies die Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, zu wünschen übrig. Zu Corona Zeiten wünsche ich mir auch eine neue Toilettenbürste nach jeder Belegung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in 10 Minuten am Strand, ausreichend Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, auch Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Gute ruhige Ferienwohnung in der Fußgängerzone. Kurze Wege in die nahegelegenen Gaststätten mit super Mittagstisch. Wenn man die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen möchte stehen kostenlose Parkflächen zur verfügung. In der Fewo sind notwendigen Dinge zum täglichen Leben vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist nach dem Geschmack der Inhaber eingerichtet, was soviel heißt, jeder hat seinen eigenen Wohnstil. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet und die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , ob Geschäft , Bäcker, Restaurant oder Cafe. Der Hauptstrand mit Strandpromenade ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Anreise wurden wir freundliche empfangen und es wurde uns alles gut erklärt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und gepflegt.
