On the ground floor, you are welcomed into an open living and dining room complete with a dining nook, offering a comfortable and sociable space for shared meals and relaxation. From this level, you have direct access to the balcony. Also on this floor is 1 room furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen is equipped with a hatch and features 3 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor. Electric heating is provided throughout this level.

On the upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. There is also 1 children's room furnished with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
