Comprising a living room with an American kitchen of about 35 square meters, a ground floor bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a large terrace overlooking the pool. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathroom and dressing room, two bedrooms with two single beds or a double bed (160) as you prefer, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a television (Netflix, Prime Video, Rakuten TV). Private pool of 4 x 8 m. Depth from 1 m to 1.6 m.

Nettes Haus das mehr gepflegt werden müsste

Alles in allem war es ein netter Urlaub und die Beschreibung stimmt soweit auch. Zum Strand sind es nicht 300 m sondern und 900 m Aber das war zu verschmerzen. Das erste Bild ist gut aufgenommen, denn so groß ist der Garten nicht wirklich. Dann passt halt genau der Pool rein. Was mich aber wirklich gestört hat, war der Pflegezustand des Objektes. Alles wirkte irgendwie lieblos und ungepflegt. Das fängt mit Kleinigkeiten mit dem Rasen an, irgendwie weiter über die Außenbeleuchtung, die man per USB aufladen muss. Aber man findet im Haus keine Kabel und überall sind leichte Spinnweben dran. Auch die Schneidebrett müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, da dort schon Schimmel drauf waren. Aber dafür war die Küche top ausgestattet. An Gewürzen war alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann ebenso Messer, Pfannen, etc. Wenn das Haus ein wenig mehr gepflegt wird, kann ich jedem das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Mietauto (7 sitzer), haben wir von 9,00 h bis ca.15,00 h verschiedene Orte und Museen besichtigt. Danach das Meer, den herrlichen Pool, Garten und das Haus geniessen, bis spät abends.

tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell nach Sainte Maxime, St. Tropez und Port Grimaud. Fußläufig erreicht man den Strand, ein Bäcker und auch Port Grimaud. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr neu. Für einen Familienurlaub im Sommer ist es eine sehr gute Wahl. Gerne wieder…
