Did not feel safe at all. Random people lurking around at all hours, pacing past my room in the night, staring at me whenever I left the room. The room had a terrible smell of sewerage which smelt like it was trying to be covered up by bleach. My friends room smelt even worse than mine.

Beware the family room. Musty smell throughout kitchen due to leak from shower. Broken aircon, broken curtains, broken shower door, broken towel rail, broken sofas, broken light fixtures, broken smoke alarm. Holes in doors, badly stained blinds in every room, stained carpet, dirty microwave, diry oven. This room needs a complete upgrade throughout or at least fix the issues.
