We needed a place just to overnight before heading into the Alps. This hotel served its purpose however it did not have aircon but it did have a fan.

La Patricia has to rank as one of the worst places we have stayed in France. All told, there are few decent hotels in Grenoble, but any would have been better than this. The total "apartment" could not have been more than 30 meters sq. for 4 people. The kitchen was lacking. Guests are srsponsible for washing dishes, so most were dirty. The bathroom emitted a bad smell on first entering the room. We faced a courtyard(think of "Rear Window" the movie if you have seen it. I Could not open the window as huge gales of smoke entered. The beds were basically on the floor. At check in, no one was available at the front dest, and we had to wait simply to get in the building. There is no lobby. The area truly looked like a slum section of a fairly nice city. We found the people in the office rather rude.

Not really a hotel, but .. very functional !

This is not really a hotel, but more like a rental apartment room. No restaurant on site. No parking space is there.(a large public parking is near the hotel, though.) Bed making and cleaning service were not really everyday (once in two days in my case). However, the room was clean and efficient. All the front desk staff were quite helpful. Above all, the location is just near the center of the city's old district. So, it was perfect for my business purpose. I may want to come back to this hotel next time in Grenoble.

Fabulous and affordable, quite,great location. No staff available from 11AM to 3 PM because they take a good lunch. When available, the staff is very helpful.

A great place to stay

My son was admitted to Grenoble Hospital following a skiing accident in Les Arc. Le Patricia provided me with a great place to feel comfortable - cooking and fridge facilities and good Wifi. The staff were kind and helpful and very flexible over how long I needed to stay. The surrounding streets are 'interesting' but it is very convenient for the city centre, tram and the rail station. It was a great place for me to stay.

Modern and comfortable.

I had a spacious, comfortable room with modern décor and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. A good choice for the solo traveller. My only reservation was that the hotel was off a side street and felt a little isolated in the late evening. On the plus side, this meant that the room was very quiet, so I guess it's always a bit of a balancing act.

Early Check Out

After a long drive arriving after midnight parked in a nearby car park. It would be helpful if they would have included the information that the car park is only two or three blocks away. I did not look at check out time until late at night and was surprised it was 10am. When I asked for an extra hour I was surprised again that the manager insisted we must be out by 10am.

Don't miss this Hotel?

We stayed here for two nights and it is the best location in town. The Self Contained rooms are great and very spacious and the Staff cannot do enough for you. You must however pre book your parking but it is Free. Would recommend this Hotel/Residence to anyone

Fantastic Hotel

If you visit Grenoble then make sure you use this Hotel. It is in the centre and has underground parking included. They are self catering appartments and very spacious. The staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Not to be missed.
