The property location on Grand Anse beach is outstanding. The beach views are magnificent and the beach access from your room - what more could you ask for. On thw other hand, the lighting in the room could be updated. Also, the room phones don't appear to work to reach the front desk or room service. The staff is helpful and kind. And breakfast, which is included - a definite plus with many choices. I would return!

The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. A variety of Caribbean and continental. The staff was pleasant courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.

My stay at the Raddison was excellent. This was also during Spice Mas. The hotel didn't feel crowded and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful every morning, both options of caribbean and american buffet. The bar vibes were top notch. Lets talk about how pleasant the staff made my 2 week stay comfortable. At the bar, Rena, Abigail, Shenard, Sharen and Joseph. Just to name a few. They made you laugh and ensure you were having a good time, and your needs were met. I will be staying here again next year for Spice mas.

Room was not ready at check in time, had to wait around 30 minutes. Brown rim around toilet, black stain on bed sheets. Went to get something to eat came back toilet was blocked. Staff was helpful and was able to move us room which we had no issues with.

The staff were super pleasant, nice and friendly. There were activites to do almost every night. There were a few concerns with the room, howevet the staff address it and move us as promised. The only concern that was that there were ants everywhere. I doubt anything could have been done but we couldnht have any food more than the day because the ants would get in and take over.

The staff at the Radisson were extremely kind and supportive. They made my birthday celebration one to truly remember. The breakfast was amazing and better than any hotel breakfast I have experienced before. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained.

The place is exemplary and convenient. Their dining experience terrible when you order takes 2 hours long waiting. We wish menu has more options. But breakfast supper. Overall. Very nice place.
