This is a small room off an entire house. It has a side entrance and grass parking. The grass was tall and unkempt. While loading and unloading and walking dogs in and out, there was a lot of floor trash that was hard to manage. It fit our needs for what we needed to allow pets and outside smoking.

If someone is looking for a quiet spot this is good. Fairly close to alot of outdoor activities and restaurants etc. Hosts responded quickly to messages and answered all my questions. The one downside was the mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise a decent place to stay
