Established in 1830, The Render House was built by James and Mary Render. This Mansion was occupied by the Render family until 1960. With over 200 years of history, beautifully restored architecture of days long lost, and incredible landscaping you will see why this breathtaking property is the perfect site. With three historic farmhouses located on 80 acres of land, there is plenty of space to offer your guests an evening to remember.

The Main house was built in 1832 and recently renovated. It offers 6 bedrooms with 6 on suite baths. Along with 2 sitting room, a formal dining room, and a spacious fully stocked kitchen adorned with wolf appliances. A breathtaking back porch has an out door smoker and grill for your enjoyment.

The cottage is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath oasis. It has its own full kitchen, spacious living room and dinning room. it has an farmhouse feeling and is surrounded by sprawling pecan trees.

The In-Law library is a charming studio with a wet bar, full sized refrigerator, and a full bath. It offers games, books, cornhole, puzzles and a array of games. if you choose to use this lovely studio as an additional room you will find a full sized Tempur-pedic pull out sofa.

The Render House is located 15 minutes form Warm Springs and Calloway Gardens.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 10.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 9 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
