You're walking distance from everything downtown Greenville has to offer. The townhome sleeps 5 adults with an additional "book-nook" bed for kids. There's a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee & evening cocktail. Built in the late 1800s, this is a historical gem! Perfect for the entire family, so pack the kids, bring the dog & enjoy this slice of paradise.

First floor includes the living room with pullout queen sofa bed, kitchen and half-bath.
The loft includes pullout twin sofa bed, twin "book-nook" bed for kids, and laundry.
Top floor includes the master bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, linen closet and bedroom closet.

My wife and I and our little Shih-Tzu Poodle absolutely loved this unit. Perfect for a getaway and right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere for the 3 days we stayed and never got in our car. Dedicated parking spot right outside is a huge bonus. The unit itself is beautiful with a spacious kitchen and exposed brick throughout. Bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Shower was huge with two separate streams and a bench. And the owner was extremely communicative and responded quickly to the few questions we had. We will definitely look to stay here in future

Fantastic Location

Great location for spending a few days in Greenville. Everything was an easy walk - restaurants, shops, grocery store. Our dog was completely at ease in the condo. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to town.
