Nightmare stay!

This place was a nightmare, soon as we walked in the room there were german cockroaches, not waterbugs cockroaches. Ceiling had water stains, bad stains and cigarette burns on the comforters on the bed, there was a stool that had stains on it. mold in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder and almost no toilet paper, toilet seat lid was gone, stains all over the wall. We showed up later that evening or we would have left. We get home and I see there is a extra charge on my card now also, they charged us a no show fee of $60. We are working with hotels.com to get this resolved but it isn't worth the hassle. Stay far away from this facility and choose another option.

When we got to the room there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper. We had requested a smoking room and it smelled like there had been a pot party in the room. Carpet had not been vacuumed.

This place was infested with roaches. The moment i walked in the front door they began scattering up the walls. The bathroom was the worst place. I found pieces of weed and blunts on the floor. Burn markings in the sheets and blankets. Also pieces of food by the microwave and refrigerator. The microwave had roaches crawling out from underneath of it when i opened the door of it. any amount is too much for this room that was unclean with a major roach infestation.

Room needed refreshing, but had been cleaned, clean sheets, no bugs, a/c worked, water was hot, mattress was good, pillows were good, tv had channels, refrigerator & microwave in room. Desk attendant was nice.

There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The towel rack in the bathroom was detached from the Wall. The toilet seat cover was off the toilet There was no hot water. In the kitchen area as well as the main room, the light switches did not work In the kitchen area, the switches and outlets were uncovered, and there was an extension cord over the stove. If I done more research, I would never stay there
