The Neighborhood: The Historical West End of downtown Greenville, SC is the new up and coming area with loads of new condos, restaurants and is the known hot spot for the downtown arts and entertainment scene.
Fluor Field is the home of the Greenville Drive, a minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The baseball field is in the middle of the highly desired, Historical West End; so is Falls Park on the Reedy! The Peace Center, Warehouse Theater, Reedy River Amphitheater, Shoeless Joe Museum and Statue, and the Children's Garden at Linky Stone Park are just a few of the attractions among many restaurants and shops and art venues. The apartment was wonderful! Having 2 king bedrooms was great for us and the location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to all the great restaurants, coffeehouses, shops and trails. My husband, sister & I stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and explore Greenville, as we’d never been there before. The condo was exactly what we needed! We needed a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom setup. We loved the decor, and the beds were comfortable, The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. We’d definitely stay here again. Absolutely perfect location! Right in the heart of Greenville. We walked to restaurants, the baseball game, grocery store, farmer's market, and gym. Couldn't imagine much better of a location. The condo was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and very accommodating.

Was in town for job interview and looking for houses. Wanted a place downtown that gave me an opportunity to get a good feel for the Greenville community. This place was amazing!!! Close to great bars and restaurants! Lots happening downtown and I got a front row seat. If you are traveling to Greenville, definitely consider this location. The hosts were prompt and friendly.

Perfectly situated at the beginning of the west end of downtown Greenville. Within walking distance of all we wanted to do. BR window faces alley way and noise at night from trash pick up is a bit annoying but once he is done, all is well! Cute condo with plenty of space. Could use a little TLC here and there but nice place for the price!

This was a great location. Quiet but steps away from everything in downtown Greenville. Exactly as represented online, it was comfortable and clean and convenient in the small details such as labeled light switches, sundries, extra throw blankets, and even a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. There was a market across the street for any late night cravings in the rain! We loved our stay and look forward to returning!
Excellent location if you are looking to stay downtown and walk. The apt. sit above Rick Erwins and it was a fantastic experience. The hosts leave eye masks & earplugs-you'll need those for trash day!!!
