1920 Carriage House on lush private estate. Renovated and charming! Situated on secluded, majestic 5 acre riverfront property on the St. John’s River. Enjoy park like grounds filled with colorful azaleas, ancient oak and hickory trees, dripping in Spanish moss. Sit back and watch and listen to incredible hawks and bald eagles overhead! Wake up to a magical sunrise each day! See the manatees lazily grazing! Owners live on the property and are always available.
The space
This beautiful retreat is one of two VRBO properties available at our estate. We can comfortably accommodate 15 guests between both homes. The Carriage House sleeps 7 and The Guest House sleeps 8 and is perfect for kids and elderly guests as it is all on one level and lots of space!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Julie once again outdid herself. The Carriage House is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is private but affords views of the St. John’s River. It is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway.
