The staff was kind, the location was great with easy access to the train and bus, within walking distance to neighborhood shopping and dining as well as the city center. Had a 4th floor room overlooking Bingham's Pond. This was our "home base" as we traveled and stayed in different areas of the country. Felt safe leaving my belongings as staff does not enter the rooms until check out (this includes linen service).
Gum candy stains baked into the carpet, shower drain clogged, paint falling off the walls, and stained bedsheets and towels.. please beware!
