No running hot water

No hot running water! Neither of the hot taps worked in the bathroom or the kitchen. There was an electric shower, but the bath was so filthy that we did not want to go near it. The only way to wash or clean up was to boil the kettle. Even though freshly painted, the apartment was grubby and poorly kept there are rotten areas under the door and mess under the beds etc. The cupboards were full of junk just thrown in. The cooker and hob were filthy as was the fridge which had a broken ice compartment door. The apartment is self catering, but would expect to find a little bit of toilet roll or soap or even washing up liquid or a dish cloth to be able to clean up after ourselves? Other places we have stayed have left a small welcome pack of essentials, but here was nothing. On the plus side the bedding provided was clean and fresh, the beds and sofas comfy and the carpet clean.
