Graz è una città favolosa e ce la siamo goduta comunque.
La struttura, però, era stata presentata come appartamento, invece era una semplice stanza, e anche piccola, con un frigo e una piastra elettrica: no acquaio, no bicchieri (solo tazze), no tavolo, no sedie, no posate, solo 2 piatti lisci; 1 presa di corrente da alternare tra frigo e piastra; no armadio, solo una piccola cassettiera. L'edificio non aveva esposto un piano di evacquazione per la sicurezza.
Il prezzo era basso, almeno in questo il gestore è stato onesto.
Quasi impossibile comunicare. Anche il gruppo Expedia, in caso di necessità, rende le comunicazioni un'odissea con codici impossibili da usare col cellulare e numeri verdi errati (per sapere se in casa c'erano lenzuola e asciugamani, ho dovuto parlare con un operatore di Bucarest, perché avere un recapito diretto era impossibile ... questa non è digitalizzazione, è follia).
Consiglio a tutti Graz, ma sconsiglio Expedia e VRBO appartamenti.
L'Austria ha ben altri standard, sperimentati per anni anche senza prezzi stellari
