Very warm pool and great hot tub. Room could use some updating / cleaning of bathroom walls. Beds weren't super comfortable. Would return based on the heated pool though. Did not have an elevator so made many trips up the stairs with our luggage (traveling with a child).

There is nothing near this place. 20 minutes north, south or west, at a minimum. There's no elevator. The toilet kept backing up. Room keys quit working. The shower had a Jacuzzi tub that was 2 feet high and unsafe to get in and out of. Good luck getting the cable box remote to work. Most of the electrical outlets were so loose our chargers wouldn't keep charging our devices. Only has cold breakfast and the milk was spoiled.
