Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, property, and all listed amenities. You are not sharing any part of the property with others.

Hot Tub Rules & Safety Guidelines
Welcome! We hope you enjoy your stay and relax in the hot tub. Please follow these simple rules to keep
everyone safe and ensure the hot tub stays clean and enjoyable.

-Unclip all 4 cover clips before lifting the hot tub cover.
-Do not use the same suit used in the lake. Lake water and contaminants can impact and damage the hot tub.
-No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
-Use only pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
-Replace the hot tub cover after every use and all 4 cover clips.
-Maximum of 7 persons.
-No food or drink in the hot tub.
-No jumping or diving.
-No glassware around the hot tub.
-No infants or children under the age of 5, pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
-Children (5-17 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
-Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
-Turn off the high jets after each use.
-Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
-Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
-Use the hot tub at your own risk: Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
-Guest will be charged $250 if rules are not followed causing the Hot tub cleaning service to perform a complete cleaning and water restoration service
