The actual house was great. Plenty of room and very clean. It was pretty inside and we were very comfortable. The entire communication process was with AI and it was not helpful at all. When I arrived at the property I still had not received a code to enter. I requested one and then could not speak to an actual person to help me work the keypad. The deck had several HUGE hornets nests and the hot tub looked and smelled like a swamp so we couldn't sit out there. The biggest problem we had was the dock. They had cut all power to the dock and locked up the power switch. Out whole mission on the trip was to go fishing and we needed the dock. It was pitch black and very dangerous. So the fishing was a bust due to the dock situation and not being able to get help from the host.
