On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining area equipped with comfortable sofas, a SMART TV, a fireplace, a dining space for 8 people, and a foosball table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ample countertop space, and a high table with 4 chairs. This level also includes three bedrooms:
The first bedroom features a 140x200 cm bed and a dressing area.
The second bedroom offers a 160x200 cm bed and a dressing area.
The third bedroom includes two 90x200 cm beds, a dressing area, and a desk.
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower, storage, and a single sink, as well as an independent WC with a hand basin, complete this floor.
On the first floor, there's a relaxation area with a sofa, games, and books for children.
