Beautiful, bright and original 80 sqm attic apartment, furnished with care and special details.
It can comfortably accommodate 2 adults + 2 children / teenagers or 3 adults and a child.
It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, in the town of Gravedona and united.
It is well served by shops, restaurants, bars and is only 5 minutes from the lake and the beach.
It is composed of a large open space living room with a relaxation area and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, and in a separate area it also has a washing machine.
It has a very spacious double bedroom, where on request there is space for a cot, a single room suitable for children / teens and an extra sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 1 person.
