Fantastic Apartment with Amazing Views

We recently spent a week in this fantastic new ground-floor apartment at Lake Como. It's part of a larger house with the owner living upstairs, and it shares a pool and outdoor area with a similar adjacent apartment. If you're looking for a place to stay in the north of Lake Como, I highly recommend this one. The location is unbeatable, featuring an infinity pool with stunning lake views and within walking distance of Gravedona and Domaso, two charming towns with plenty of restaurants. We arrived very late but received clear self-check-in instructions. Although finding the driveway from the busy road in the dark was a bit stressful, everything worked out fine. As one of the first guests, we found the apartment spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Initially, we were concerned about the lack of parasols by the pool, but the owner promptly provided temporary ones while awaiting delivery of larger parasols.Great service! Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very responsive to all our questions. There was no air conditioning, but with the bedrooms located at the back of the apartment, we found the temperature to be quite comfortable, even with the summer heat. Overall, we had a fantastic week, enjoying the pool and warm evenings on the patio with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den See

Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Direkt am See, zu dem man nur ein paar Stufen durch ein abschließbares Tor gehen muss. Infinity Pool mit Blick auf den See und die Berge, der von drei Wohnungen genutzt wird ist wirklich ein Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses, mit kleiner gemütlicher Sitzgruppe davor. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und für 4 Personen gut geeignet und ausgestattet. Bei uns kamen noch Nebenkosten für Endreinigung und Strom hinzu was man aus der Anzeige nicht entnehmen konnte. Zu den Orten Gravedona und Domaso kann man größtenteils am See entlang gehen in 19 bis 20 Minuten
