Har været der før og var godt tilfreds. Det var ikke det samme hotel vi kom til. Døråbning var en katastrofe. Når det var mørkt var det svært at taste koden. Inden man bookede ville det have været rart at vide at restauranten var lukket - ikke smart. På badeværelset var 2 håndklæder og 4 vaskeklude. Ingen bademåtte og intet lille håndklæde til håndvask. Så vi kommer ikke igen..😢

Gråsten is a wonderful place with an inpressive royal garden and castle. The staff is friendly, called me after finding my laptop still in the room. They sent it to my home address with care and I will definitely come back!

There was a heavy smell in the room from the toilet. I tried to get in dialogue smith the staff in the eve but there were personal at night. In the morning the same. I didn’t sleep at all . Rang the manager in the morning but haven’ t heard back from them. My last stay there

Disappointing

Not what it used to be. I stayed here many times a few years back. The place used to have personality and service. The bedding was horrible, luckily I had my own in the car and brought it upstairs. The pillows where lousy beyond description. The light turns on stadium bright in the bathroom - very annoying when you want to go back to sleep at 4am. Very noisy from the street at night. No toiletries except hand soap/shampoo - all in all extremely stingy vibe. Breakfast was terribly boring and the coffee machine must be cleaned at least - the coffee was undrinkable. I will not come back, and now understand why my mother wondered why I had recommended the place to her. It’s simply not up to the mark- and finally they send waaay to many emails ahead of the stay for self check in…

Never staying there again

The room was not clean. It was worn and the furniture was scruffy. The smoke alarm had been removed from the room. You could here people walking around in the other rooms and the noise from the street was very clear. The hall way smelled, was dirty and there were mold on the windows . The breakfast was terrible. The bread was uneatable.
