Fabulous pool

Beautiful house, very stylish and homely too, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pool is incredible, bigger than it looks in the photos and deep enough to dive in places. And just the right temperature to cool down from the hot August sun. The air-conditioning was very much appreciated. One bedroom doesn’t have air-conditioning so that got very warm. It feels very safe and secure with electric gates to get onto the road as well as electric gates for the house. You definitely need a car but everything is close by. Agnes is lovely and helpful.

Lovely tranquil break

We had a very relaxing few days here as a family. It is a lovely traditional French house with a beautiful pool and very quiet. You do definitely need a car as it is a few kilometres away from Grasse. The gently sloping ramp into the pool was a great hit with our little granddaughter. Unfortunately Agnes had an accident on a scooter just before our arrival, but neighbours stepped in , English and French and as back ups, could not have been more helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Nick Goff

Grasse Villa

Property was very nice but listing didn’t make clear that bathrooms were not en-suite. Pool was great for the kids but the surrounding area could have done with some TLC - weeds and loose stones etc. Difficult to maintain garden in summer heat unless regular sprinklers. Would we stop here again? Maybe next year as location was excellent for us , so near Grasse.

Fantastisches Traumhaus für einen Urlaub mit Kindern

Die Villa liegt in einem abgeschlossenen, ruhigen Wohngebiet mit idyllischen Villen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der tolle Pool lädt zur Abkühlung ein und auch die Mittagshitze lässt sich an den zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten aushalten. Dank der Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern (2 Zimmer mit sehr guter Klimaanlage und ein Zimmer mit Kühlturm, der nicht ausreichend gekühlt hat) waren auch die warmen Nächte zu ertragen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Insgesamt war es ein rundum perfekter Familienurlaub im Traumhaus.

Oase zum Erholen in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir (2 Familien, 6 Pers., Kinder 5 und 8 J) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Agnes. Agnes hat eine wirkliche Erholoase mit einzigartigem Pool und herrlichen „chill-areas“ im und um das Haus herum. Man hat die Kinder wie von selbst ständig in Sicht- oder Hoerweite. Tischtennis ist hinter dem haus im Schatten möglich. Agnes hat uns sehr herzlich mit Aperitif empfangen und war eine große Hilfe bei allen Fragen (praktisch und touristisch). Wegen der COVID Phase waren wir fast die ganze Zeit hier und haben nichts vermisst. Es gibt drei zimmer für je 2 Personen (1x 160cm Doppelbett; 2x 140cm Betten). Zwei Zimmer haben Klimaanlage aber wir haben sie kaum gebraucht. Alle Schlafräume sind im 1. Stock. Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung im EG mit Wohn/Ess/Küchenbereich der Zusammenhängt. Große Sonnenterrasse, wunderbare überdachte Lounge zum Aperitif oder abends Chillen und Wein trinken. Großer Esstisch im Freien unter einer schatten Laube. Wir waren die ganze Zeit im Freien - und das war ein Hauptaspekt unserer Erholung. Hierzu ist das Haus ideal. Danke Agnes und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Nous avons adoré l endroit et la région. Agnès, notre hôte a été super et nous a donné tous les bons plans sur place. Elle a été très disponible. La maison est idéale pour l été avec de très beaux extérieurs et très pratique lorsque l on est dehors. La piscine est parfaite également. Les chambres et la salle de bain étaient bien propres. Petit bémol pour les amateurs de cuisine car elle n est pas très optimale pour faire de grands repas. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé le barbecue. Nous étions au calme et très agréable le comme endroit avec un bébé.

Agréable séjour

Très agréable séjour entre amis Situé dans un quartier résidentiel, la maison est très bien équipée et très confortable. Deux des chambres sont équipées de l airco. Un note particulière pour la piscine et la terrasse très très agréable. Agnès a été disponible et à notre écoute. Merci à elle. A conseiller!
