Comfortable villa in a peaceful location

Pleasant, spacious house with lovely terraced garden, well suited to outdoor living and with beautiful views. Well equipped for a rental. We were made welcome by Ana and Christian and we greatly appreciated the bottle of local wine on arrival! It would have been helpful to have a local map and some information in the house about the locality, nearest supermarkets etc, but it was readily available from the tourist office in Grasse. We relied on GPS a lot initially for finding the villa and then for exploring the area, and we found a car was essential as there were no amenities within comfortable walking distance. Easy driving distance to the Cote d'Azur resorts such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco and some lovely beaches, and also for exploring hilltop villages, gorges and lakes.

Leider erfüllt das Objekt nicht ganz die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos und insbesondere den Preis hat - das Haus ist vermutlich während der Winterzeit privat vom Vermieter und seiner Familie bewohnt, was man leider an den kruschteligen Schubladen immer wieder merkt. Schlechte Betten, alte Handtücher und eine unaufgeräumte Küche. Eine Anfrage an den Gastgeber für eine Teekanne und eine Espressokanne für den Herd wurde abgelehnt. Im Nachhinein wurden wir für einen Riss auf der Herdplatte (Induktion) verantwortlich gemacht und müssen 450,-- zahlen für einen Schaden, den wir nicht zu verantworten haben. FeWo ist da auch ganz auf der Seite des Gastgebers.

tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage nahe Grasse

Zur Einordnung: als wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche 16&19) Ende August/Anfang September 2022 in dieser schönen Villa waren, war es sehr heiß und es hat an einigen Tagen kurz geregnet, so dass wir eine heiße, schwüle Zeit erwischt hatten. Die Villa ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. In den drei Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gibt es gute, leise Klimaanlagen. Es gibt zwei Bäder jeweils mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne mit Dusche und WC sowie eine separate Toilette. Das Sofa, das in einer älteren Bewertung bemängelt wurde, wurde inzwischen gegen ein neues, großes, bequemes Sofa ausgetauscht (es ist auf den Bildern auch zu sehen). Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank ist top mit Wasser- und Eiswürfelspender. Anna und Christian waren sehr freundlich, immer pünktlich, hatten gute Tipps für Restaurants oder Strände für uns, und als wir festgestellt haben, dass kein Wäscheständer vorhanden ist (wir wollten bei dem sonnigen Wetter den Trockner nicht nutzen) haben sie keine 24h später einen neuen Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern vorbeigebracht. Hier noch ein paar Stichpunkte: - sehr ruhige Gegend, wunderbar zum Ausschlafen - mehrere smart-TV vorhanden - Insektengitter sind an den Fenstern in der Küche und dem separatem WC vorhanden; nach unserer Meinung wären weitere Insektengitter in den 3 Schlafzimmern empfehlenswert. - als wir vor Ort waren, gab es viele Stechmücken. Den Aussenbereich haben wir quasi nicht genutzt - was aber kein Problem war, da wir sowieso jeden Tag unterwegs waren (Grasse, Antibes, Cannes, Nizza,...) - ein Auto halten wir für absolut notwendig

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Hübsch eingerichtetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einem schönen kleinen Garten mit praktischen Gartenmöbeln. Es gibt jeden technischen Komfort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es etwas viele Mücken und nicht an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter, auch nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Kleiner Vorschlag zur Verbesserung.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber ........

Sehr schönes, vollausgestattetes Haus mit guter Betreuung durch die Hausbesitzer, beim Schwierigkeiten schnelle Reaktion. Aber es müssen einige Gartenmöbel und Möbel im Haus erneuert werden, da sehr abgenutzt ( z.B. Wohnzimmercouch ).

Nous avons passé de magnifique vacance en famille. Très beau logement avec tout le confort nécessaire. Accueil au top malgré notre retard ;-) Le seul regret que nous avons c'est d'être resté qu'une semaine car nous nous sentions vraiment comme chez nous avec le soleil et la plage en plus :-) Un grand merci a vous tout était parfait.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht; volle Ausstattung; schöne Einrichtung innen und außen ; insb. Ess-/Ausruhebereich im Garten; 4 Sitzgelegeheiten sind mehr als ausreichend. Jedoch eine saubere Pflege des Außenbereichs hätten wir uns gewünscht; sonst hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen genügend Insektenschutz gegen Mückenstich mitzunehmen. Trotz vom Vermieter bereit gestellte Insektenschutz wurden wir von den Mücken gestochen, so dass wir uns am Abend nicht lange draußen aufhalten könnten. Sehr liebevolle Vermieter, der unsere Kinder sogar beim Ankunft mit Eis versüßt hat. Merci Anna und Christian!
