The very bright 38m2 apartment is located below the owner's accommodation but is completely independent. A few steps to access it. Its private terrace with gas barbecue, table, chairs, sunbathing, parasol will allow you to enjoy birds and squirrels.
It is composed:
- a large air-conditioned (or heated) living room with equipped kitchen and washing machine, a BZ sofa, a table and 4 chairs, TV and Hifi.
- an air-conditioned (or heated) bedroom with an electric 160 bed and memory foam mattress, large closets.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
- a clearance between the bedroom and the bathroom with cupboards.
The infinity pool is secure. You have exclusive use of it. It is equipped with a hydro-massage and a counter-current swimming system. You will be able to swim ... until exhaustion!
You will have free Wi-Fi internet access and the possibility to rent linens and sheets.
