Cozy and comfortable wooded cabin

This property is located in the heart of Alta in a quiet wooded setting. It is a great base for hiking, fishing and skiing in the Tahoe basin. It is 30 minutes from Boreal Ski resort and 45 min from Truckee. We have a huge deck with a BBQ, great for relaxing while having a cup of coffee, or just visiting with family and friends. Plenty of room around the property for the kids and a fire pit to enjoy at night. There is also access to a community pool in Dutch Flat 5 minutes away. This cabin was built in 2010 as my parents summer home and has all the comfort and conveniences. Owners live on site in the separate main house.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
