Set in the countryside 9 miles from Grantham this lovely detached bungalow is a gardener’s dream, with extensive gardens to enjoy also benefits from open fields to the front and rear. Ideal as a touring base with Grantham, Belvoir Castle, Stamford, home of the famous Burghley Horse Trials, and the city of Lincoln, with its cathedral and castle all a comfortable drive away for days out. Travel inland to Rutland Water or to the east, the coastline of Norfolk is about an hour away. For more local days out the National Trust site at Belton, famous for its house and deer park. Cyclists and walkers will love the area with great walks and cycling down the country lanes straight from the door, or spend time in the beautiful gardens and watch the abundance of visiting wildlife and birds. So much to see and do in this undiscovered part of Lincolnshire, there are good country pubs throughout the area for food and drink, local award winning Butchers, Fish Merchants and supermarkets deliver to the door, so simply sit back in the spacious sun room, relax and enjoy the view.
