Située à 700m de la plage de Carvalhal (8 min à pieds), à 4 min à pieds des rizières, Vila Bem Estar est idéale pour se ressourcer et pour se détendre, loin de l'agitation de la ville.
De nombreux restaurants sont à proximité immédiate à pieds.
Quartier très calme.
Vila Bem Estar dispose de 5 chambres et de 4 SDB.
Au RDC :
-1 Master bed room composée d'un lit de 180x200, d'un dressing avec fenêtre et d'une SDB privative (douche, bidet, WC et 1 vasque).
-2 chambres ( lit 160 x 200) et SDB attenante ( double vasques, bidet, WC et baignoire)
A l'étage :
-1 chambre (2 lits 80 x 200cm) avec SDB privative (WC, lavabo et douche)
