We had a great stay. Great location and loved having our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your basic needs. You could hear the other tenants but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Wasn't prepared for baby
The property was not a duplex it was a seperate entrance rental. sound proofing was non-existant so all conversations from the other suite was not private. A group with kids/baby showed up for one day/night and the baby cried all night. We went into competition the next morning very tired.

The upstairs occupants do not care or consider anyone staying below. It is noted that quiet time is 10pm. Unfortunately, the occupants above were very loud until 3am, stomping, running, jumping and yelling. If you value sleep, reconsider staying here.
