Year Round Waterfront Retreat

Escape to our 1100 square foot, two storey, year round waterfront home!

**We now have high speed internet** (installed May 2023).

As you enter the home from the back deck, you will find a spacious mudroom. The back deck has a couple of chairs and a bbq. On the main floor, you will find a 3 piece bathroom (stand up shower, toilet & sink), the washer & dryer are located in this bathroom as well. The washing machine is pre-loaded with detergent for your convenience. Next you will see the fully appointed kitchen, with a dining table looking out to the lakefront view. There is a Keurig coffee machine, with basic coffee & tea pods provided. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, which has two cozy couches and smart tv. The front deck is the best place to enjoy! Please enjoy the fire pit in the front yard as you watch the sunset over the water. This is a year round home with central air conditioning and an electric furnace.

Upstairs there is a spacious and inviting loft with another smart tv. The grey sofa converts into a small sofa bed for a guest or child. Linen & extra pillows are provided. The loft area leads to the master bedroom and upstairs bathroom. In the bathroom you will find a lovely soaker tub, toilet and sink. The windows in the master bedroom & the balcony that leads off the room offer the best views! In this room there is a king size bed.

Please note; there is a steep drop off when approaching the water. There is no fence or barricade. There is a path that leads down to the beach in front of our home - it is down the road. Exiting on to Grand Marais blvd, take a right and at the intersection of Grand Marais blvd & Oak ave, the path will be on your right.
