Excellent Location. BUY NEW PILLOWS. TV system is AWFUL, but I wasn’t in Grand Lake to watch TV…being able to watch the News at the end of the day would have been nice - super confusing system.

The room was clean but it’s bare bones. You will likely never talk to an employee - they’ll just email you a code to the door. Location is great. Good amount of parking. WiFi is terrible though.

Be careful if you want a queen bed. These were full size. Other than that no complaints. Excellent location. Quiet spot. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Shower was very narrow, staff was friendly. Bed was memory foam. We got a 15% discount at the taco stand (but they didnt know about the discount until they asked the lodge manager). I was also sent a message from the property before our arrival that gave us our room code but it ended up not working. Great access to lake and surrounding shops. Across the street from a grocery store and laundromat.

Super clean nice mattress bedding towels tv fridge. Had Coffee pot, no coffee, no toilet paper no A/C. Rang bell for help repeatedly, no staff response. No plastic liner for shower curtain, so flooded bathroom. 3 windows in door with porch light outside, room as bright as day all night. NO SLEEP booked this hotel specifically for 2 bdrooms in one unit, They gave us 2 separate rooms no explanation, just "that is all we have". Absolutley would have chosen different hotel if we had wanted 2 rooms.
