After your day of exploration, relax at our comfy oasis in this prime location. Treat yourself to local Enstrom's chocolates or savor a craft beer at The Rockslide Brew Pub. Your perfect getaway awaits! Your furry friends are welcome too.
Newly renovated and equipped with everything you will need for a comfy stay. When entering the home, you will find a spacious living room with a Smart TV and comfortable theater style sofa. To the right, there is a table for two to enjoy your morning coffee. As you walk toward the kitchen on the right, you will find a work desk to catch up on emails or connect with friends. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready if a home cooked meal is desired. To the left of the living room is a single bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a spacious shelving closet to unpack and feel at home. The bedroom connects to a full bathroom. The laundry area is furnished with a stacked washer and dryer. Out back you will find a roomy and fully fenced yard with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture to enjoy an evening nightcap. It is truly home away from home.

We had an excellent stay at the River City Hideaway! The property manager provided great instructions and overall communication. The home was roomy, clean and in a great location for our needs. We've been coming to Grand Junction for quite a few years and I wish we had found this property sooner!

This was a perfect location. Very clean!
We loved this sweet rental. I know the outside grassy area needs work, but we spent more time inside and off exploring the area so this was not an issue for us! We absolutely loved how cute this place was. We would definitely recommend it and rent it again!
