Welcome to our cozy beachfront home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps up to 8 people. It has a partly covered upstairs deck to relax and enjoy the view. Downstairs is completely covered to enjoy your favorite cook outs and entertaining. Prefect place for a small family. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, and seafood boiling pot w/ propane bottles. (Renters are responsible for filling up propane bottles)

WIFI and cable are included.

Nearest golf cart crossing is across from Post Lane next to Sureway Supermarket crossover#15. (Golf cart crossings are subject to change with little or no advance notice due to levee work on the island.

*Please note: some beach crossovers and beach areas may be closed due to construction of levee and restoration of beach. Our office has no control over these closings. There will be limited beach accesses during this time.

Perfect weekend

Relaxed, cooked, played music, walked to the beach, the grocery store, the bar, the gas station. Couldn’t imagine a better location on the island.

Overall, our group had a fun Memorial Day weekend. The interior of the camp was in good shape. The layout worked well. The location is ideal. Unfortunately, the place is still under renovation. Therefore, there were/are still nails all over the property. There was sand on the inside the window sills. The power to the camp was off so it was a hotbox when arriving. Several exterior outlets didn’t work. There was a box of melted ice cream sandwiches in the freezer.

wonderful location

This is a wonderful house with all you need to have a perfect time in Grand Isle. The grocery store is right across the street and has everything you need and is not overpriced at all. If you are looking to take home a t-shirt this is also the best place to find some. Would highly recommend bringing a golf cart or side by side as you can pretty much ride anywhere on the island and is very handy when taking things to the beach. Their is a wonderful drive thru Daiquiri shop not far from you and is awesome to grab one and take down on the beach. We loved the blue crabs and caught lots right off the beach at night. Do bring bug spray as the Mosquitoes will eat you alive. We will be back again.
