Great place to stay! Check-in was great! Communication with property manager was okay. We had issues with “no Internet” for a number of days which definitely was problematic (I work remotely and had been assured reliable and consistent internet). Re: listing accuracy—beds are queen size (not king). This suite has essentially all you need for a short or long stay, is well set out. We felt safe. The traffic—especially motorcycles—is loud and can feel intrusive during our morning coffee!Location is great—walking distance to Grand Case, Happy Bay and Friars Bay.

Clean, modern, tastefully renovated, comfortable, spacious apartment, with two large and separate bedrooms. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach towels, Wi-Fi, and streaming apps. Great location near the beach and restaurants. (Tip: find the fine beach at Happy Bay.)The problem: the host, Henri, was unresponsive. He manages many apartments and pays little attention to this one. Don't expect entry instructions until the last minute, or answers to questions. There was no hot water when we arrived. We reached the supposed caretaker, confusingly named Henry, who said he had quit because of disagreements with Henri. Fortunately, Henry (ex-caretaker) did diagnose the hot-water problem over the phone (circuit breaker switched off), so we fixed that issue quickly. And, and after we complained, Henri (host) did bring soap and shampoo, which were missing when we arrived. We're just lucky no other problems arose.

Lovely newly renovated apartment with a beautiful garden

This rental is very modern and new, with no wear and tear on the property. A really nice renovation! The gardens are beautiful and there is dedicated off street parking. We could walk down the road to the main restaurant row and we also found a couple little places we could cut through to the beach. The man who keeps the property is Mr Henry and he was wonderful and told us to let him know if there were any issues with the space. However the host - Henri T, but almost completely non responsive in the days leading up to and during our stay. We tried several methods to get a hold of him without success, so I felt grateful for Mr Henry!

Great place in a great location

This is a great spacious unit on the 2nd floor of a cozy little building. It's very clean (new) and well appointed with kitchen utensils and equipment. A/C units in the bedrooms only but a large ceiling fan in the living area provided plenty of airflow. It would be really nice to have a full length mirror in at least one of the bedrooms and hooks or towel rack in the bathroom. The location is fantastic - about a 5 minute walk to a street full of amazing restaurants and a few boutiques for shopping. Would absolutely stay here again:)

A flawless experience

I had an absolutely perfect experience. From the moment I pressed the "Book" button, through the arrival, check in, everything was perfect. This is a freshly re-done apartment, so everything is practically brand new. The location is just outside of Grand Case (a 5 minute walk), but at the same time, it's also a 10 minute walk (yes.. Walk) to the "secret" Happy Bay Beach. You really won't be disappointed.
