Avoid this hotel like the plague - especially through hotels.com I chose this hotel for a quick one night stay specifically because it advertised "free breakfast" on the first page of my app, then "free continental breakfast" when I selected my room. Under "Amenities" it reconfirmed Continental breakfast included, Served daily from 7.30am to 10am. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, not even a breakfast room, nothing. I was just told to go to the supermarket next door to buy and prepare my own Other amenities listed on my hotels.com app (which added to my choice of hotel) include 2 restaurants - not even one A bar/lounge - wrong A coffee shop / cafe - wrong Free daily manager's reception - what a joke The hotel is OK for the price, but the description is totally incorrect and misleading- as are the photos - and to add insult to injury, hotels.com customer service are arguing that the booking does not say "breakfast included" despite me sending screenshots

trés bien situé mais manque de service!

Très bien situè l’hôtel bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur la baie et est à proximité de tout. De part la auteur la vue est imprenable. L'hôtel n'est pas connu des taxis et donc demandez "près de la librairie". Le personnel ne parle pas bien le français et malgré leur bonne volonté ne comprend pas les demandes. Seule la gérante et une seule serveuse comprend mais moins disponible. Attention d votre arrivée insistez sur le fait que vous avez déja payé sur le site apportez des preuves.
