Total floor space: 210 m² including attic areas. Washing machine and dryer in the basement (access from outside). Terrace. Ground. Gravel courtyard and parking. Renovated country barn, located on the road to Valmorel, less than 2 km from shops, supermarkets and services open all year round in Aigueblanche. 31 km from the Col de la Madeleine, between the Tarentaise and Maurienne valleys, a legendary pass for cyclists. An exemplary renovation for this barn in an industrial style where the mountain atmosphere is part of modernity. Large parking space for 4/5 cars. Free skibus shuttle in winter 1.2 km away. Superb charming cottage located 11 km from Valmorel (165 km ski area linked to St François-Longchamp) and 16 km from the Nordic area of Nâves, on the Beaufortain slope, with 79 km of marked trails between cross-country skiing (classic and skating) and snowshoes. 1.8 km away, Morel leisure center (aquatic center and mini golf) and 4 km away, La Léchère spa with its wellness area and balneotherapy treatments.
