Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units, we must make you aware of the following:

Our house is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

No window dressings

Three couples in a three bedroom house, in town for five days for a wedding. There were no window dressings in any room. No one slept for five days, up at the crack of dawn and absolutely no privacy from your neighbors! Unimaginable how they are allowed to rent this place without disclosing that very important detail! Also, unfinished closet in the master bedroom, nowhere to hang or put away your clothes. Also, not a drop of body wash in the master bathroom. Let’s not forget, the kitchen trashcan was filled to the top with the previous renters garbage! When we notified the owner, all he wrote back was, “I’ll take it into consideration.”

Very short walk to the base. Clean, organized, well kept place. Location was easy enough to ski right down to the back door from a run. Would try to book this same property every year!
