- Only fly fishing is permitted in the community ponds and on the community portion of the Fraser River. A fishing license is required
- At Memorial Day, the hot tub and pool will be open daily for the summer. The pool will close for the season in early October. The hot tub will also close in early October and will re-open at Thanksgiving. This schedule may vary
