Upon entering the room the bathroom door was locked. The hallways could use a vacuuming... The pool area is nice. The restaurant on site was open until 9pm and refused t seat us at 8:25pm. The Breakfast is good. It was conveniently local to the Granby Zoo. We would stay there again and use it for what it is.

We had a great stay, everyone was nice & friendly and the room was clean. Just wish we were told the elevator didn’t go to the basement as we brought our stroller!

The room is adequate but it has old dark furnishings and is dingy. Our 3rd floor room's sliding door, leading to a shared balcony, would barely slide open. The bed was supposedly a queen but seemed to be a double. Old mattress, needs updating. For 1 night, and a cheap rate, it was adequate. Good parking, safe. Quiet room. Breakfast was better than expected - advertised as a continental breakfast but had a little mire, standard hotel fare.

Staff was great, wanted to help and willing to listen. Found pubic hair here and there in the bathroom, and dead bed bugs on one of the bed on our rooms. Asked for a refund of our stay, and got no answer yet. Will keep calling until I can have a full refund. Disgusting.

Take pictures of your room asap.

Breakfast and beds were comfortable. When we arrived we noticed a rip in the window covering. Thought nothing of it. One of my kids opened the door and it got caught and made the hole bigger. The hotel has now charged me $100 for a new window covering for making a hole they knew about, bigger. Absolutely sickening.
