Guests have full access to the entire property, including the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, backyard, patio, pool, and dock, with the exception of clearly marked locked areas and owner’s closets.

We’re Granbury locals and love sharing our favorite spots and hidden gems with guests. While we’ll give you plenty of privacy during your stay, we’re always nearby and happy to help if anything comes up.

The home is not located on the main body of Lake Granbury, but instead, on a peaceful canal.

Pool:
Please Note: There is no hot tub on the property. The attached spa-style section of the pool is not heated but can be used as a shallow area perfect for kids to splash and play.

Pool Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every Tuesday.
