Two story house with 5 bedrooms, 4 king beds, 3 single beds, and a sleeper sofa for the perfect family getaway! Has a secluded office to finish up that last bit of work before the weekend. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook that perfect family meal! Cable TV and wifi internet included, along with pool table/ping pong table and hot tub! Only 15 minutes from historic downtown Granbury and 30 minutes to Glen Rose.

Great communication with Brian, the host. But there were some issues once we arrived. The refrigerator had lots of left over food and the freezer was full. There is a second refrigerator in the utility room that was relatively empty but the freezer was 1/2 full. The window treatments in the downstairs bedrooms and the bonus room could not be opened to enjoy the spectacular lake view. I'm sure there must be a remote somewhere (as there was in the living room). Bring your own toilet paper was there was just a partial roll in each bathroom with no spares. Only one side of the hot tub jets worked. Be very cautious on the composite deck as it is very wavy and warped in places. Also spongy feeling when you walked on it. I would not use the ceiling fans on the deck as the one over the hot tub was missing a blade, the one in the middle was missing all blades and the last one was 'iffy'. It's a beautiful place but these little things truly detracted from our enjoyment. The question is, would be stay there again? The answer is yes, fully knowing the problems we would face.

Beautiful lake house

We had a great time at this property over spring break. This is a beautiful, spacious family home. Plenty of room for everyone and so comfortable. The view of the lake is stunning, and we loved spending time out on the deck. The owner is first-rate - made us feel welcome and was always available if we needed anything. Hoping we get to return soon!

50th Celebration

Celebrated my 50th birthday with my ride or die crew. 5 couples total. Lake was beautiful, house was perfect..wish it would have been a bit warmer for fishing, but we enjoyed it nonetheless! It was awesome that we all had our own bathrooms and there was so much space to spread out. We played games and had meals together, it was awesome !

Sisters and Daughters Reunion

Three sisters, ages 89, 85 and 77 with their daughters met for first time! Plan to meet again next year! Rental decision was difficult , but loved the property and view was superb ! Brian and Taylor were great!

Lovely lake house!

The other reviews state the pictures don’t show the true beauty of this home and it’s true. It’s more beautiful in person! We had a lovely stay. We were 2 families having 4 kids with differing age ranges and there was something for everyone. We spent most of our trip at the home and we loved it! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home overlooking lake Granbury. Unfortunately you have to go through a sketchy area of the neighborhood but the tests at the end is worth it. Eventing you could need was available. We would absolutely come again.

Everyone had the BEST time!

The house and view are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Kids absolutely loved it. It was fun for all ages. The property manager great to work with. We had to have the neighbors retrieve a ball and they were really friendly. Couldn't have had a better time. Hope to go again in the future. Wishing to win the lottery and purchase one just like it! ;)

Annual Girls Trip

We had the best time! There were 11 of us and had plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen hard everything we needed. Deck was fabulous. Had a raccoon that visited a couple of nights. By far, best house we’ve ever rented. Recommend highly.

Sibling Weekend

The house was a perfect fit for our family. There were 4 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The view of the lake from the patio is beautiful. We spent our mornings on the patio drinking coffee, enjoying the sunshine, scenery and visiting. It is a very nice house, clean and roomy. All you need to bring is food.

Great ladies trip to Granbury

Beautiful home with stunning views of the lake. The house was enjoyed by everyone. Slept 9 very easily! Only problems was no ice maker and the fireplace did not work. However, we would stay here again.

Best lake house property we have stayed at.

This was the perfect property for us. The location is close to the DFW area. The house has plenty of room for us to bring another family and our kids to bring friends. Beautiful home, large kitchen, incredible deck, hot tub, great boat house with deck area. The house is on the cliff side of the lake but there are not that many stairs to get tonthe water. We brought our boat. There is a boat launch and gas in the neighborhood. The water is 40 feet deep right off the dock. You never had to venture farther than a few yards to wake board or tube. Ten minutes from the grocery store and down town Granbury. The house has a large driveway. Was able to park my boat trailer and all our cars. Great ping pong room upstairs. Two refrigerators is nice to stock all the drinks and ice you need. Every possible item you could need in the kitchen. Brian and his family have the perfect lake property. We will definitely be coming back

Beautiful Lake House & View!!

We had a wonderful time for the 4th of July!! The house had everything we needed - stocked kitchen, plenty of space for two families to enjoy. Kids loved having upstairs to play ping pong, the deck had a beautiful view of the lake. We absolutely loved the double deck boat dock - great access with our boat & great location on Lake Granbury!! Brian was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful - he went above and beyond to mail us items we forgot!! We look forward to staying here again!! Memories definitely were made!! Thanks!
