Front desk service was very good and helpful, giving us tips on where to go and eat tapas and hang out with locals. The hotel is strategically located near the historic center and on the way to the Alhambra, where you can take a bus or taxi and get there in a few minutes. Rooms were clean and comfortable to the seven of us, and the ones who stayed in the fourth floor had a VIP access to the rooftop, which we enjoyed as well. There’s a coffee bar just in front, the coffee there is great.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but VERY NOISY at night. The floor, ceiling and walls are very thin and I could hear the fellow next door snoring every night as well as people talking. Very annoying!!

Great location for everything we did in Granada. We came to see the Alhambra and fell in love with the city. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are small but clean, very eco-friendly. The air conditioning and in-room safe were greatly appreciated. The top terrace access was closed; however, we did not inquire about getting access.

The place is comfortable and seems to have been renovated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again. My only issue is that they don’t have an elevator so if you stay on 2nd or 3rd floor, you will need to drag your heavy luggage with you.
