Granada Five Senses Rooms & Suites3.0 out of 5.0

Mom and I stayed at the Granada Five Senses Hotel on our first trip to Granada. The room was small, but clean. The room provided was an end room with a great view. On the negative side, the receptionist personnel were not very friendly nor proactive in welcoming or responding to questions. I stood behind two couples who checked in together and waited for over 15 minutes. During that time, I was never acknowledged while the hotel personnel sold tickets for sight-seeing rather than check in hotel clients. Though the day staff at the reception/check-in area where unfriendly and seemingly incompetent, we found a very friend, helpful person on duty when we left the hotel at 5:30 a.m. Their night staff should be promoted and placed on daytime duty. Finally, there were limited amenities, such as no hair conditioner. The shower flooded the bathroom. I would like to compliment the hotel staff who cleaned the room. It should be noted that the hotel location can be accessed only by taxis and buses no private vehicles are allowed during the day. As a result, our friend could not pick us up to take us to the airport when we left. Frankly, when we return to Granada, we will book a different hotel.
