We had asked to park, and were given valet parking, after spending an hour just trying to locate the garage, after negotiating down a one way street.....advised by the hotel staff. We were allocated a room onto the street, and I had requested when booking a quiet room.So we went back down to reception and asked for it to be changed. This they did immediately, but said only for one night, we had booked 2 nights. We refused to move rooms after potentially just one night, and so eventually the manager stepped in, and advised we could have the quieter room for both nights.........well done! We had a room, not too big,but ok with separate shower room [ no bath],and a separate sitting area.He said this was all complimentary, and so it was. Although we weren't there to sit in,rather see the city, but we appreciated they made an effort and gave us a quiet room facing an inner courtyard. Breakfast was the high point. Great selection of meats, cheeses, etc and breads. Some bubbles out too, although we noticed the kitchen staff quickly took this away, [ not empty]and didn't replace it. The hotel is very well situated to visit the city, and you can easily pop back for a quick refresh before dining. We really enjoyed the comfy bed, good linens, and shower.Although a bath is always welcome after walking across the city. On leaving there is no valet to assist you to get your car out.......this was difficult,as the cars are all tightly packed in !!...This should be addressed,it became stressful, and it took longer than we would have liked. We will return again, and would recommend which is something I rarely commit to.
I am currently staying at this hotel and i have to say i am impressed. Room is spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. One high point is its closeness to the city center. One suggestion: parking is horrible. We arrived with 3 cars and there was no room in the hotel parking. You should work out a system such as reserving parking spots for travellers, even a little further away, because parking in this city is very hard. I give it 4/5 only for the parking issues, otherwise highly recommended.
We spent 1 night here of our 10 day trip to Spain. The room is very basic but comfortable. The location is great as it's a 3 minute walk to the cathedral and old city. The lobby is modern and cheerful and the front desk is efficient and helpful. The best 2 things about this property: a surprisingly tasty full breakfast (included) with mimosas and a good selection of hot and cold food and the roughneck pool--although it was a bit too hot to enjoy it in June. It was fine for a night or 2 but for the same price (116 Euros) I would opt for an Airbnb apartment for longer stays. Also, keep in mind the temperature can reach over 100 degrees in the day time in June. I'd love to visit Granada again in fall or spring.
The expectations with this hotel maybe where to much high due to reviews. We found it as too expensive for what it offers. Cleaning was not good. Family rooms were very nice decorated and spacious. Location was nice. Garage was a caos. Management is more or less. Breakfast is poor.
Stayed one night here and had a nice stay, but unfortunately car-issues were in the way of a perfect stay. First of all, don't drive in Granada. They don't want car tourists. They've closed of half the city centre (which is ok enough), but they haven't put up any signs that will help a lost tourist finding his way out. When arriving at the hotel, their garage was also full, which led to us having to find another place to park (which also was in the "no-drive zone". Spent ages finding our way out, trying to avoid the cameras when leaving. The hotel itself is quite stylish, and looks pretty new. Service was average, but the breakfast was good. They also had a nice roof top pool, but because of the weather we didn't get to try it. Location is great, and there is a lot of restaurants close by.
Hotel is perfectly situated for walking to all of Granada's main sites. The style is modern and everything seemed very clean. AC worked very well. The roof top terrace is tiny (with a plunge pool) but also a great place to lie and admire the view. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be that they switch off the trashy "muzak" on the roof terrace and in the breakfast room!
Stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting The Alhambra and Granada. Breakfast is great with lots of choices including fresh fruit and even a glass of carva 😉. The rooftop plunge pool and sun decks are additional plus. The hotel is centrally located very close to the Cathedral and other attractions. The SN1 bus stop is very close to the hotel which we used from the central bus station . The Alhambra attractions for active people are not far either. This is a clean and immaculate hotel and we will return.
The hotel grounds are located close to the city centre and at walking distance of most bars/restaurants/shops.... Very close to the cathedral and the Mercado. very light and modern entrance with a topic for each floor. Sound/taste/etc... room are spacious enough but look a little dated compared to the main parts of the hotel. Nevertheless, a good sta, clean room and very friendly staff.
This is very conveniently located , good hotel with a very stylish look and good rooms. Nice beds, TV, air conditioning etc. Good staff, most things near by and a cab ride can take you to Alambrahs. cathedral near by and a 9.95 euro all you can eat restaurants was just opposite which we enjoyed thoroughly.
We just stayed here the last two nights. It is right in the middle of Gran Via Colon easily walkable to everything...of course we are not afraid of walking...the hill up to the Alhambra was a good walk straight up, as is the path to up the other side of the valley to San Nicolas for the amazing view of the Alhambra...there were a lot of tapas places nearby and plenty of shopping if you like that sort of thing (or need to bring things home for people). The hotel itself is clean with contemporary furnishings and themes on each floor. We had a great rate which included breakfast. It offered both hot and cold items, coffee, juice and even cava! The staff were extremely helpful. The website for the Alhambra was down for days before we got there and we couldn't get tickets. They got some for us for the next day! Would absolutely stay again when in Granada.
