Stayed here in November and loved it. The rooms are large and spacious, with very comfortable beds. They didn't have any double rooms available upon arrival but the twin beds are huge and could just about function as a double bed. Our room was very well furnished with two arm chairs and a small table suitable for having your meals (instead of eating in bed!). The room also had a fridge which was very convenient for storing our drinks and snacks. It was neat and tidy and cleaners attended regularly to the rooms. It's in an excellent location, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the city centre with plenty of tapas bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, as I love Grenada and this hotel gave us no problems and a comfortable place to rest after a day of site seeing!
An excellent hotel on the edge of city centre. We loved the greenery in the atrium. Great value & excellent service. The staff were outstanding especially when I had a problem with my key card. We would definitely stay with HC again
Location s great. Excelent staff! Very neat and confortable.this hotel is a walking distance to the cathedral and centre of the city attractions. Besides that, they are many bars and excelent restaurants about. University area.
It is a large, comfortable, traditional four star hotel. very close to city center. The rooms are large and well furnished with a king bad, large desk, two arm chairs. Large en suite bath and shower with very good water pressure. very good air conditioning which works quietly and very efficiently on the default setting and with plenty of adjustment if required. Spotlessly clean. The beauty of the room was the large terrace. The room (604) was very quiet; all the rooms are heavily curtained and double glazed with large windows. The hotel has an attractive layout, with a central triangular atrium extending over the five floors above ground level and three very efficient panoramic lifts which also access the basement breakfast room/buffet and the two floors of underground, free, car parking. The staff speaks English well. Reception staff are also extremely helpful. I really do recommend this hotel without reservation; it is good value, a pleasant experience and close to being 5 star.
Good modern hotel. Good breakfast. Parking right below the hotel. Good location. Efficient and kind staff. We had no problem in finding it by navigator and it is not far from the center of the city(15 min walking)
Although is not in the center, the bus stop is very near ( a block away) and the bus leave you at plaza isabel la católica. The rooms are great, plenty of space. The breakfast were fine and well served.
We had a very nice size room with an outside patio. The staff was very very nice and the hotel is located central to everything. There was no room for parking and no valet service so we had to park in a garage about a block away. We did learn that you can make a reservation to park in the hotel. The alternative is not too bad since the garage that we parked in was close and we received a reduced rate since we were hotel guests. While the room had AC, it did not sufficiently cool down; however, we left the doors to the patio open since the city was experiencing a cool front. It was a nice hotel, but I would not have paid full price for the room ( we booked it on trip advisor, last minute, and received a very large reduction).
I was positively impressed with this hotel. The location is ideal, close by to the city center and at reach of cabs and public transport. Inside, I got a little bit of the American hotel feeling, with the room doors looking down to a central courtyard and a glass elevator in the middle. The rooms also, very "American" in how spacious they are, with two queen beds and a corner with a small round table and an armchairs. The only downside was breakfast: poor on bread types, cheese types, fruit and yoghurt... And a good hotel breakfast is important to me.
We liked the hotel very much. The HC hotels are very good. We had a good experience in Sevilla from 20th April to 23rd April/2018. The room was big and nice. Everything was clean. The hotel was close to the old city which was quite convenent for us. I recommend the hotel to other people.
Very friendly staff and a good restaurant but the interior needs a refreshment. The beds are too soft, the carpet is old, the painters didn't work very well. When you see the website it looks like a "james bond hotel" but once inside i was a little disappointed.
