Stayed here after being diverted from Lanzarote. Lovely room clean and we'll presented. Only gripe was that the shower made the whole of the bathroom floor wet. Other than that a lovely room. Didn't eat here as checked in late and checked out early.
Hotel a little tired and could do with a little updating. Staff are great , very helpful and friendly. Breakfast well worth 7€ Sea view with terrace is a must. Spa was fine but again a little tired and a few things out of order hence the discount rate on offer 7€ without treatments All in all I was satisfied customer although at 200€ a night for a double room with sea view and terrace I think it was a little overpriced.
We had a double room with a sea view and a terrace and breakfast included (as booked in advance via the hotel website, which enabled more choice and better value than booking.com) We stayed 2 very enjoyable nights. The room and bathroom was spacious. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. There was a vast patio with sun loungers, table and chairs and still room for a party! The breakfast was excellent - lots of fresh fruit, some cooked food, ham and cheese - and really everything you could want. And the coffee was good! We had breakfast included but apparently the cost would have been €7 per person. There was a thriving spa which we did not use. There is a rather fine Blues club in the basement (which caused us no noise problems) There was a supermarket across the road. And it is easy walking to all the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the city centre - and right on the beech. This is not a Luxury hotel, but for me it was certainly exactly what I wanted at the right price.
Location is fantastic, with a wonderful sea view, you can open the window and hear the sea lapping the shore. However, hotel is never 4 star, hard beds, very basic rooms, plug sockets hanging out of wall and very few facilities. If all you want is a place to sleep, fine, but we’ll over priced for that
The location on the promenade of Las Canteras beach is perfect. The quality of the hotel and rooms is average, but many other things make up for this. The rooms are a good size, not crowded at all. My wife would have liked to have had a bath, but there is only a shower. We opted for a room with a terrace, which was well worth it and I spent lots of time out on the terrace watching the world go by from my magnificent perch. The manager is a friendly and approachable woman and that attitude filters down to all of the staff. After a bad experience with staff at another hotel on the island, it was a pleasure to experience the friendliness and good service here. The breakfast buffet is small but adequate and delicious, with a superb view of the promenade and beach from the tables.
The room is pretty basic, and I think it's overpriced. The hotel has great location on the beach with plenty of restaurants around. There is convenience store right next to the hotel and big shopping mall 10 mins away by feet. The hotel also provides beach towels for free (just require 10 euros deposit) The wifi is very slow.
We booked through Expedia for a double room with a sea view. Room 1 - two single beds and no sea view. Room 2 - this time a sea view but still two single beds. By this time it was after 9:00pm and we were very tired after a long trip from the U.K. My wife was upset and we said we weren’t happy to accept the 2nd room. So, after much rearranging, the hotel upgraded us to a sea view double room with our own terrace. Well done Guys and thanks for a fantastic stay.
I have worked in hotels most of my life. From check in we were greeted with a genuine welcome offered refreshments at reception. The staff were lovely a gent and a young girl who seemed to be training in but was a natural 😁. I left my phone in the taxi when I was paying the driver and had to run back outside to him. But all the while she engaged my wife in conversation. The room was enormous with air con and a large bathroom. The bed was so big my wife couldn't find me on it haha. Large wardrobe with a safe in it. We stayed in 503 and if you walked back around the corner you came to roof top sunning area with a view of the sea and promenade amazing. You could see that all rooms on that side had their own balconies. There was beauty treatments on offer at great prices. We arrived late and were only staying the one night which was a pity as we didn't get to explore the rest of the hotel. We walked down into the centre of Las Palma's had something to eat then walked the whole promenade that is at the back of the hotel. Stopped off at one of the bars and then back to the hotel. Next day checkout was quick and they stored our luggage so we could explore the city before our flight home. Hat's off to all the staff. Beautiful clean accomodating hotel 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Nice hotel in las Palmas with a nice terrace on the beach with very friendly staff ...and with a view..daytime and sunset...Easy acces to restaurant.... and super market....And taxis available outside 24/7
Great location by the ocean and the long promenadeby the sea. Walking distance to bus stop and shops. Also to the harbour. Our room was at the top with balcony overlooking the ocean and some surrondings. Breakfast good, just missed fresh vegetables. Very friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and bars along the promenade.
